New Delhi, 17th Oct 2014 : Global Convenor BJP Overseas Affairs Shri. Vijay Jolly today left New Delhi , India to participate in the Dubai Diwali  celebrations program in UAE.

Union Minister for Human Resource & Delevopment Shrimati Smriti Irani shall address the Dubai audience thru Google Hang out direct from New Delhi. This program is scheduled on Saturday 18^th Oct 2014 at 6.00 pm (Dubai Standard Time) and Smt Irani shall address at 8.30 (Indian Standard Time) . The OFBJP program is being organized in the Indian Consulate Auditorium, Bur Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

OFBJP leader Vijay Jolly shall deliver the Diwali greetings message of Indian Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi, Minister of External Affairs Smt Sushma Swaraj and All India BJP President Shri Amit Shah on this happy & joyous occasion.

On behalf of India, Mr Jolly shall also promote a big UAE participation at the next Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas at Ahmadabad, Gujarat, India in early Jan 2015 at this Dubai Diwali program.

To mark 144 days in Govt of India led by Prime Minister Shri Modi, 144 Clay Diyas shall be lighted to mark the joyous occasion at Dubai Diwali event stated OFBJP Convenor Vijay Jolly.   

Besides Diwali event in Dubai, OFBJP Chapters worldwide in nearly 21 countries are organising such events claimed OFBJP Global Convenor Shri Vijay Jolly.

Lagos, Nigeria,4^th October 2014 :OFBJP Global ConvenorMr. Vijay Jolly today stated that Nigeria chapter of Overseas Friends of BJP (OFBJP) led by Convenor Sanjay Srivastava organized a massiveVijyadashmi Celebration “Dussehra 2014 Lagos” event at Geeta Ashram, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. Nearly 1500NRIs  turned up for the event to Celebrate the Bhartiya Festival VIjyadashmi/Dussehra. Eminent Indians from all parts of Lagos participated in the event& it was widely supported by the Corporates & Citizen of each age group, local friends in media& press.

While addressing the participants Mr. Sanjay Srivastava, Convener OFBJP Nigeriathanked BJP President Shri. Amit Sah, BJP Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi and OFBJP dynamic leader Shri. Vijay Jolly for their message of Dussehra Celebration to all NRI’s in Nigeria. Mr. Sanjay Srivastava stated the importance of celebrating Indian festivals and following patriotism and building national character to contribute nation to  become “ViswaGudu” . OFBJP Nigeria chapter organized a grand event for Vijyadashmi Celebration.Nearly 1500NRIs  turned up for the event to Celebrate.

With the formation of BJP led Govt. in India it’s a beginning of new chapter by NRIs abroad to feel connected with Modi Govt. as one of the most reliable, accessible & favorite govt. its matter of pride for all of NRIs to cheer the PM for his each & every step in building New Nation, New India. NRIs from all part of Nigeria expressed their support for nation building measures initiated by the new govt.

Free medical health check up camp was organized in association with Indian Health care organization “ VedicLifecare” which is part of Manipal Group.

OFBJP Dussehra 2014 Celebration was supported by prominent corporate groups and eminent personalities of Lagos like Shri NG Patel, Shri AK Mirchandani, Mrs. Shashi Garg, Sri DhananjayJani, Dr. Kamaljeet Bhatti, Shri Rajiv Patel, Shri DD Mishra, Shri Deepak Singhal, Shri Manu Lalwani, Shri Chandrakant Modi, Shri Sanjay Jain and various Heads of Indian Association in Nigeria.

Program ended with started with national anthem of Nigeria & India with vote of thanks &Dussehra Greetings to all for their overwhelming support in “Nav Bharat Niramn”.

OFBJP FELICITATES SUSHMA SWARAJ IN USA

New Jersey, USA 2nd Oct 2014 : Global Convenor BJP Overseas Affairs Vijay Jolly today announced that Overseas Friends of BJP ( OFBJP ) is organizing a Public Reception to honour Indian External Affairs Minister Smt.  Sushma Swaraj in USA.

Hon'ble Sushma Swaraj ji  shall be felicitated at Royal Albert Palace, New Jersey, United States of America on Wednesday 1st Oct 2014 at 5.30 pm local American standard time. A large gathering of American Indian citizens shall attend the program under the leadership of Mr. Chandra Kant S. Patel President OFBJP, US and guidance of OFBJP Convenor Mr. Jolly who specially flew  to US  to witness the grand NAMO 28th Sep program in Madison Square Garden in New York & OFBJP felicitation of Smt. Swaraj in New Jersey.

This program comes close on the heels of a successful US trip by Indian Prime Minister Hon'ble Narender Damodar Dass Modi in New York & Washington recently.
